We immerse ourselves in the natural world as a place of energy and let the intense fragrances of essential oils awaken our senses.
During a peaceful and idyllic hike, we learn interesting facts about nature as well as the history of the region and its people. At the mountain pine distillery, we experience first-hand how essential oils are extracted and processed and learn more about their characteristics and uses.
Afterwards, we treat our feet to a soothing warm mountain pine bath and enjoy mindful moments of peace and relaxation in the fragrant barn.
We then visit the herb garden, where we discover the variety of local herbs. To round off the experience, we taste a savoury wild herb spread on traditional South Tyrolean bread, accompanied by a refreshing drink.
