Our residence features 7 modern and stylishly furnished apartments, offering plenty of space to unwind. The house has a special story: owner Fabian grew up in this very building. It was once run by his parents as “Garni Falkensteiner” and was later transformed with great dedication into today’s Residence.

Today, Fabian manages the house together with his wife Marlies and their three children – with heart, personality and great attention to detail. For us, the guest always comes first. We want you to feel welcome from the very first moment.

In winter, the nearby Kronplatz offers a wide range of activities:
